By purchasing from JT Vintage, you agree to the following terms.

General JT Vintage reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

All Sales Final All purchases from JT Vintage are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Handmade Items Many of our products are handmade and all are vintage. Slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and expected — they are part of what makes each piece uniquely charming.

Shipping Orders are shipped via FedEx with tracking provided. JT Vintage is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon shipment.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. If you believe there is a defect in a handmade item, repairs and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis within 60 days of purchase. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.
