Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. You will be notified if there is a delay.

Shipping Method All orders are shipped via FedEx with tracking provided. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. All shipments are insured.

Shipping Rates A flat shipping rate of $15.00 applies to all domestic (U.S.) orders.

Delivery Time Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after shipment, depending on your location. JT Vintage is not responsible for carrier delays.

Packaging Every item is carefully packaged and arrives in a JT vintage pouch, gift-ready from the moment it arrives.

Lost or Stolen Packages JT Vintage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you believe your package is lost, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review each situation on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.
